Who are we?
We are Vamos Paella. Started in 2011, we thought long and hard about what we’d want from a caterer. We came up with friendliness, flexibility and professionalism which is at the heart of our ethos.
Our parties are characterised by laughter, relaxation and a smiling host and hostess. We take the pressure away and replace it with beautiful memories.

How we do this?
We really care and we think of everything so that you don’t have to. We bring the plates, cutlery and napkins. We can hire in any extras which help your party go with a swing. We tidy and clean up, do the washing up and take the rubbish away so that all you have to do is enjoy yourself.
That is fine, but what about the menu?
Getting the menu right is key to planning a good paella party. We can talk you through menus, how many paellas you will need and how to cater for guests with dietary needs.
Such as, at a family paella party An elderly aunt who can’t abide peppers (that’s OK, we simply omit them from the paella). A father who is suspicious of foreign food (chill, there’s always an alternative). Fussy children who only eat chicken and hate rice (righty ho, we’ve all been there). Whatever the worry, we’ll always sort it out.
