Our story began 10 years ago when we started our own Spanish cuisine service, specialising in creating Paella and Tapas, with a vision to bring a new dimension to on site catering in the area and elevate traditionally made paella and tapas.
We are paella caterers creating an authentic paella experience that brings together and shares with the UK community a fusion of Spanish cuisine, music and folklore. We aim to offer a gastronomic experience, a fusion of traditional flavours with a contemporary edge.
We cook everything from scratch and we are very selective with the ingredients that we use in our paellas because we want to be able to offer the best quality & taste. Our free range chickens come from family-run butchers and our seafood from our coast.

We are not just paella caterers, but also excellent service providers. We've got plenty of experience running events and can advise you on logistics and timings to ensure your event/party runs smoothly. We can advise you on timings for serving cava and canapés, starters and mains, while allowing time for your guests to enjoy drinks and desserts.
For larger parties, we offer maître d's to ensure your party runs on time and to plan. Our experienced staffs are dedicated and friendly; they will look after your guests so that you can relax and enjoy your party. They are happy to serve welcome drinks and canapés and wait at tables; they can man a bar, dress avenue and clear away after.
