Our menu, which can easily be customised comprises of:
Canapés – Chorizo cocktail sausages, mini Spanish tortillas, Crostini with tapenades: mint and pea; artichoke, black olive and preserved lemon; goat's cheese and chorizo jam. Did your mouth water? They will once you taste our Canapés.
Tapas – Small treat to start your meal. Sample these – cured meats and cheese board: jamon, lomo, chorizo and Manchego cheese, Padron peppers, flash fried with olive oil and rock salt, green and black olives with caper berries; smoked almonds are just some options you have.
Paella – Our speciality. We only utilize the best ingredients that we source locally from ethical purveyors. Our menu includes but not limited to - Gambas al ajillo – tiger prawns sizzled in garlic, Albondigas – meatballs in a smoky tomato sauce, Spanish tortilla. And our live paella cooking stations is an interactive visual experience, which entertains your guest as we slice, dice and sprinkle ingredients into the pan right in front of your eyes – a perfect, memorable experience sure to captivate all your five senses.
Salads and Breads - Our Paella salad menu contains- Rocket and parmesan, Cherry tomato, red onion and dill, mixed leaf salad with berry vinaigrette. In breads, we serve Rustic sungrain, Walnut and rye, Sourdough, and Chewy cobs.
